It’s been probably a couple of months since normal people realised the picnic season, bicycle strolls and brunches at terraces are over. Other people like me, who believe summer should last forever or at least for most of the year, we are reluctant to put away the culottes and spaghetti straps into cold and hidden boxes in our wardrobe. However, reality hits you hard (or rather, the cold hits by the ankles) and the constant reminder that we are only 45 days away from the end of the year make clear the fact that it’s time to be properly covered.

So, here’s to one of my last attempts to keep enjoying what many believe is the eternal weather in Barcelona, but in reality, it will soon become wool tights and high boots season for a while.

  1. The look is very beautiful!! Great post

    xo ♡

  3. I agree, summer should last forever. Here in Portugal it’s still warm, but when i think december is approaching all i want is to skip the near future cold days until March.
Anyway, this is such an original outfit. I absolutely loved it.

  4. I sort of hate when summer ends for that exact reason!! Layer up!

  5. Love it!! Your shoes are too fab.

  7. And I thought the weather situation was only happening here in cali lol. I love this outfit bc it cordinates so beautifully on you 👌🏻💕 I must try it now ☺️

  8. Love the look :) I have a pair of cullottes I bought this summer that I love and everytime I look at them I want to wear them. Too bad it´s too cold for them right now!

  9. Oh wow, I absolutely love this look! I’m going away to somewhere cold tomorrow and was just planning to bring a playsuit to put over a knit and some tights to keep me warm. Alas, that ain’t happening as I’m scared if it’ll be too cold for me to handle!

    • Haha I feel you, I wanted to bring this outfit to Paris but my boyfriend warned me, thank god I listened him! I think you should shave the playsuit for an indoors situation instead :(

  10. I love our style! Always so chic!
    All the best,
