As you probably know, I went to London earlier this month for the #RegentTweet event at Regent Street, at annual event celebrated in one long street where you can enjoy terrific shopping. I was invited along with many bloggers from different parts of the world to experiment a day shopping at Regent Street. They pampered us incredible, within my favorites are Guess, Banana Republic, GAP and Hackett, I especially loved the last one because, besides from being a truly british brand, they gave us a leather pouch with our initials engraved in it, is there a better attention than that? The pouch was perfect to keep all my travel documents and passports as in my arriving flight I almost lost them. By the way, I had to take three flights to London and then three flights to get back home, it was absolutely a new experience for me! totally exhausted but also totally worth it.

I stayed for a short four days that went like water through hands, I stayed at The Cavendish hotel which, besides from having a gorgeous view from London, they had room-service breakfast to die for, literally. On my last day, besides from doing some last minute shopping, I spent most of the morning relaxing in my room because when you try to get to know all London in four days your feet will be pretty much destroyed (now I regret not taking one of those tour buses).

I had Ladurée three minutes away from the hotel, so don’t ask me how many macarons I had, I totally lost count (and I’m not ashamed, haha!).

Tenía Ladurée a tres minutos del hotel, no me pregunten cuántos macarones comí porque, sinceramente, perdí la cuenta (¡no me da pena aceptarlo, jaja!).

London is that kind of city where every corner, sign and the most insignificant window has an undisputed visual charm. I have no doubt why people who live there make such a big effort to live in one of the most expensive cities in Europe, everything compensates with the quality of life and the gorgeous views they encounter in their simple daily life. Four days were definitely not enough for me, so I’ll return as soon as possible and this time I’ll take my boyfriend/photographer with me, I wanted so badly to show you the outfits I wore on my trip.

Thank you so much to the Sister team, especially to Susie for the invitation and the opportunity to meet so many bloggers and share this experience with you.

I love seeing your outfit posts and loved your London pics.
I am going to London in August and since you didn’t have outfit pics I am in need of some fashion advice. What do you recommend are good outfit choices with comfortable shoes for walking? I don’t want to look touristy and I want to look stylish but also comfortable!
    Gracias.

    • Hey Mari, thanks for your comment :D
Definitely take flats/sneakers/flat sandals with you, as long as you wear them and your fashion choices aren’t tight dresses or mini skirts, you should be fine! you can wear maxi skirts, midi skirts, the classic jeans (or ripped jeans) and of course shorts. I think the most important thing so you don’t look like a tourist is to wear a stylish hat (if you’re going for hats to cover from the sun rays or the rain) like a fedora one and not carrying around a pro or a kodak yellow camera lol. If the weather allows it definitely go for cute flatform sandals :)
